MOUNTAIN HOME STING ASA

 

Message from the President:

In Mountain  Home, there are different levels of opportunity to play fast-pitch softball from the beginner’s level Parks and Recreation program, to average competitive Babe Ruth, to highly competitive Amateur Softball Association (ASA).    Mtn Home Sting ASA began two years ago when a couple of coaches realized that the local softball program their team was participating in was not providing enough competition to develop its more serious players.  In summary, the Mountain Home Sting ASA was created to provide a more competitive atmosphere for girl’s fast-pitch softball.  In 2009, there were 13 players signed up and five volunteers.
