Let's Play 2011

WECRD’s  Let’s Play Grant Program Awards Funds to six Mtn. Home Sports Organizations

At the April Regular Board Meeting, the Western Elmore County Recreation District moved to award $15,000 in grants to six Mountain Home sports organizations.

The Let’s Play grant program was formed by the WECRD in 2010 as a way to help deserving youth sports programs in the greater Mountain Home area. The Let's Play Board members (Lynn Knudson, Doug Belt and Scott Sessions) selected a committee to review the applications. The committee for 2011 consisted of David Freer, Ryan Miller, Dana Pomerantz, Dani Horvath, Aaron Wanzer, Gary Oyler, John Aguirre, Todd Floyd, Darin Sandberg and Brion Bethel.
