Reserve a meeting room

WECRD OFFERS MEETING ROOMS FOR THE PUBLIC TO USE

The WECRD has announced that their new office at 245 East South Street (the former Calvary Chapel building) has meeting rooms available for the public to use.  The rooms available are one large and one small meeting room with kitchenette and restroom facilities.  Groups interested in using the rooms should come into the WECRD office and fill out a Facility Use Application Form .  This form can also be downloaded from our website.  Certain restrictions will apply that are standard for most public meeting places.  Those desiring to use our facilities will also need to read our Facility Use Policy, which is in our office.  Groups interested in reserving rooms can apply no earlier than two months before their reservation date and no later than two weeks before the requested date.  That time period may be waived if the facility is available for the appointed time.

Want to Volunteer?

Anyone wanting to volunteer with the WECRD can come into our office and fill out a volunteer form or the form can also be downloaded from our website.  (Other forms are available under the About Us, WECRD Forms menu)

WECRD Car Emblems

Supporters! the WECRD has 'cling-on' style emblems for your car or other vehicle. 
They measure 6x 6 and have our WECRD emblem on them. 
They are free; however, a small donation is always welcome.  Come in and pick them up at our office.
